I mix this w castor oil. Castor oil is too thick to pass the skin barrier. Vit E dissolves scar tissue and castor oil has many excellent skin properties. But castor oil is too thick. Vit E makes an excellent cutting agent to allow castor oil to do its job. I mix 50/50.
Love it. Not greasy. I mix with other oils also. Castor is my favorite
I'm not convinced this oil blend is as good as pure vitamin E oil or better than hand lotion alone but it does the job and has a very pleasant fragrance, like clean lemon- scented geraniums. Takes a few minutes to soak in but doesn't leave my hands oily for long and a pleasant non- fishy smell. Great alternative when pure tocopheryl doesn't fit your budget.
