I just love this stuff!
I have mild rosacea, with irritated, red dry patches, as well as oily patches. This makes it difficult to find a moisturizer that’s mild enough for my irritated skin, effective enough to keep my skin hydrated, but not super greasy as to make my oily spots worsen.I found this wonderful French product while visiting my in-laws in Algeria several years ago. It met my requirements to a T and I LOVE it’s wonderful rose scent I immediately stock piled it in anticipation of being unable to get it here. I’m over the moon now that I know it’s on Amazon, and it’s authentic.I think the only thing about it that might put people off is that it’s scented quite heavily. I know that’s not for everyone, but I definitely recommend this crème to anyone struggling with rosacea and/or combination skin.

Incredibly moisturizing & soothing!
So it has a great fragrance which in a face lotion I typically avoid in case I have a reaction but it smells great and calms any redness while protecting my skin barrier/retaining moisture. I am in love with this product! Great ingredients and well made. Not all fragrance effects my skin so if your super sensitive, this may not work as it smells of roses.

The best cream for vascular rosacea
It is the best cream I have used for my rosacea, not only does it help me with redness but since I started using it more than two years ago my flushing episodes have been controlled, when I exercise my skin turns red but nothing out of the ordinary. Good result. Too oily as a day cream
Good results in two days, my skin stopped burning! The only issue is that the cream is a bit too oily for me to use under makeup, it's more suitable for nighttime use. I use this cream together with a serum and fluid from Uriage. I had severe burning on my cheeks, especially at night. This line helped me relieve the irritation. I can't say yet whether it removes redness, probably not enough time has passed.
