I went out of town and used a different shampoo and it made my hair thin and limp looking. Came back home and two washes later it was fuller again. I know its expensive, JUST BUY IT!!!! I works miracles.
I suffer from terrible thin oily hair. I have tried every product out there....I MEAN EVERY PRODUCT!! I have only been using for 3 days and the way this let's me go days in between washes in itself is a miracle!!! Usually I HAVE to wash my hair every single day. Sometimes 2xs in one day! I have the worst hair possible. But this stuff allows me 2days atleast in between AND after 1 use i swear my hair became so soft and so bouncy!!! I LOOOVE IT! I wish the bottles were bigger for the price, but for what it does for my hair...im never going back to another product! So glad they have this for women too and so glad my hair dresser told me about it! IM OBSESSED! I went with the serum that's water based .....IF UR STUCK DEBATING LIKE I WAS FOR MONTHS ON IF U SHOULD SPEND THAT MUCH OR NOT....D0 IT!!! I WILL NEVRR USE ANY OTHER PRODUCT AGAIN
I’ve been using this product for 5 months. I see a small change. I love the smell and the feel after washing. I am very hopeful this will continue to grow my hair.
As a cancer survivor, my hair needs this! It truly helps my struggling hair stay a bit healthier. I have tried so many products and this is the best.
This shampoo and conditioner set is wonderful. It leaves my thinning hair soft and shiny.

When I ordered this hair trio system, I was aware that results can take at least 3 months and up to 18 months. How I saw it..I can replace my current products with Act/IV and that time will eventually be here anyway; maybe with better hair.I have always had way too much hair: thick, dense, wavy, full of volume and frightening hairdressers wherever I went. With the natural aging process I can see the thinning and my scalp shows especially with wet hair. My experience so far has been good. Just as a shampoo and conditioner duo, it worked well. My hair was clean and soft. I actually received a compliment from my husband after the first use. He asked if I got a haircut and it looked good. The scent is light and slightly floral, like a spa scent. Not overpowering at all. The lather was good although I needed a quarter size at least.Leaving on for 5 minutes is a bit challenging so that was always step one. Thankfully the conditioner is applying then rinse. As far as the shampoo and conditioner, my hair was clean, soft and manageable. I do like my hair a little bit more weighted down to prevent flyaways.I’m on the fence about the serum. I know it is a key part of the process. I wasn’t crazy about the scent which reminds me of a bitter green tea. However it did not last long. I also didn’t love the way my hair looked after applying so I adjusted my routine to apply before bedtime. It looked a bit wild.The biggest hurdle for me personally is the investment. It will take a few purchases to see if it truly works.
